Environmental Impact Analysis
California’s environmental review process is one of the most rigorous in the nation. Leonard Charles and Associates was formed shortly after the adoption of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). As such we have extensive experience with helping to ensure that project decisions are thoroughly grounded in an objective accounting of the environmental effects.
